Woollahra LEP 2014 has been approved by the Minister for Planning and was published on the NSW Legislation website on 23 January 2015. However, it will not commence until 23 May 2015 when it will replace Woollahra LEP 1995.
The deferred commencement will allow Council to progress the Draft Woollahra DCP 2014 which was on public exhibition until 30 January 2015.
The Woollahra LEP 2014 and Woollahra DCP 2015 will commence concurrently on 23 May 2015.
