DUE DILIGENCE
Myriad provides specialist advice on all matters relevant to the statutory and regulatory environment and development approvals. Types of advice includes high level statutory planning advice on development opportunities, regulatory requirements, the approval process, development compliance and identification of development approval pathways.
We have a wealth of experience in dealing with all levels of government and all aspects of NSW planning legislation. This experience and relationships with key people involved in the planning process assists in achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
We are a small consultancy where the priority is providing quality advice. The vast majority of the work is undertaken by our director, Craig Schulman. This depth of understand means that we can find solutions where others can’t and be convincing in our discussions with the key players in the process. PROJECT PLANNING
Myriad has well developed project management skills from working on a range of town planning and urban design projects at various stages. We have a good understanding of commercial objectives, and a skill set in programming, resourcing, co-ordination and risk management.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND REZONING
Myriad can provide services in relation to planning studies and rezoning applications (Planning Proposals) across New South Wales. We have the expertise to ensure an appropriate level of strategic justification is presented with an evidence base of social, economic and environmental considerations.

Craig has over 12 years property and urban planning experience, working in both local government and the private sector within Sydney and around NSW. With qualifications in planning and environmental science along with experience as a property manager and in land surveying, Craig has a broad knowledge of the planning and property development industry and its relationship with the natural environment.
Working on a range of projects including multi-storey residential, commercial, retail and mixed use projects as well as in strategic planning, Craig has extensive experience in due diligence, planning strategies, interpretation of planning controls, approvals management and project management.
Previously managing a team of planners and working on a range of high profile, and often complex developments, ranging from multi-storey residential, commercial, retail and mixed use projects as well as the role out of state and nationwide retail and recreational facilities Craig has a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of development types around NSW as well as Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
