Craig has over 12 years property and urban planning experience, working in both local government and the private sector within Sydney and around NSW. With qualifications in planning and environmental science along with experience as a property manager and in land surveying, Craig has a broad knowledge of the planning and property development industry and its relationship with the natural environment.
Working on a range of projects including multi-storey residential, commercial, retail and mixed use projects as well as in strategic planning, Craig has extensive experience in due diligence, planning strategies, interpretation of planning controls, approvals management and project management.
Previously managing a team of planners and working on a range of high profile, and often complex developments, ranging from multi-storey residential, commercial, retail and mixed use projects as well as the role out of state and nationwide retail and recreational facilities Craig has a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of development types around NSW as well as Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
