Myriad has been involved in a variety of residential projects, ranging from alterations and additions of single, terraces and semi-detached dwellings to town houses and multi-storey residential flat buildings. We employ an integrated approach that identifies key planning and design issues associated with the site and surrounding area and the provisions of the relevant planning instruments including SEPP 65.
